Kayleigh went over every detail before my move-in and even checked in while I was unloading to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of follow-through made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
Kelsey has also been incredibly helpful—even assisting me with a giant package delivery, which was a huge relief. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and without delay, showing how much the team prioritizes residents’ comfort. The grounds are spotless, and every staff member I’ve met has been professional, kind, and attentive.
It’s clear the Modera SoBro team takes pride in the community and its residents. I’m very glad I chose Modera SoBro as my new home—it’s exceeded my expectations already
